Data Deletion

You can delete your data from the Ajibus app at any time — in one of two ways.

Option 1 — inside the app (instant)

1. Open the Ajibus app.
2. Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner of the home screen.
3. Scroll down and tap “Reset progress”.
4. Confirm. Your data is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — by email

Email eduboom2026@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion”. We will delete your data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• The anonymous device identifier;
• Learning progress and exercise results;
• Analytics events (app opens, lesson starts);
• Messages you sent to support from the app.

What is never stored

Audio from speaking exercises is not stored on our servers — it is processed by the speech-recognition service and deleted immediately, so there is nothing to delete separately.

What is retained and why

Purchase and subscription records are kept for as long as required by law and app-store rules (typically up to 5 years for accounting and tax purposes). These records do not contain your name, phone number or email — only the fact and date of payment.
